"We stumbled upon this brewery when the one we planned on going to was closed. My partner ordered a green chile burger that was, quite honestly, the best burger I've ever eaten. After thinking about that burger all week, we went back again today only to learn that the Chile burger was a burger of the week and wasn't available anymore. After we expressed our regret and told the bartender that it was the best burger either of us had ever had, he actually checked with the food truck outside to see if they could make it for us again!I really wish I'd gotten the bartender's name because that was unbelievable service. Jackie is the creative genius behind the green chile burger, so if you like the food offerings at Soulcraft, be sure to express your appreciation to Jackie :)All in all, a new favorite with delicious food and amazing service. "Absolute AMAZING!!! I have the Capellini pescatori and it was perfect! I am literally melted in my mouth over seafood and shrimp, mussels and Calamari. My husband got the fish and chips that were in 5 seconds, so I guess they were great. My 8-year-old daughter also dumped her whole plate of food and said it was on point lol. Great wine. Great service. Fantastic atmosphere. We'll be back."
