When we booked we forgot to say my girlfriend was vegetarian, our bad. She say that almost everything was home made, and a lot daily, however when we ask for an egg or scrambled eggs she say that they don't have eggs in the kitchen... weird but let's say it can happen. Six stars even so we were pleasantly surprised. Salles la Source is no longer limited to its cascade but also to its Cascade. First of all we were welcomed, not less well installed on the terrace. The smile and explanation of the server/se were very detailed. We were surprised by the surprise formula for the whole tab, and the surprise was that the young chef and team are complete at the height, subtle entry, perfect meat cooking and dessert in a blend of flavor. Wine map well provided surprise menu and map....Very frankly, we were enthusiastic about this discovery. So now there are two cascades worth the detour.
