The bread was very fresh and tasty. They serve a spicy banh mi that’s one of the best I’ve ever had. The zucchini chocolate chip cookie and horchata cold brew were also excellent. It seems very popular so have some patience. View all feedback.
What Lee doesn't like about Buds:
I know Bud's is a vegan staple of this city and very much loved, but we've visited twice and just haven't been overly impressed and can't seem to enjoy it. Their bread is delicious but unfortunately, their fillings leave me wanting more. It is also pretty pricey at $19 for two sandwiches. Their philly cheesesteak is the only sub I recommend. Buds is a hidden little gem that serves the most delicious vegan sandwiches known to man.
We were in SLC for two days and went to Bud's for lunch twiceThat's how good their sandwiches are!! The barbacoa burrito was phenomenal.
Buds is perfect! I have been anxiously awaiting the moment I would venture on over there and I am so glad that moment finally came.
The cheese steak was great, lots of gooey cheese, the brot was fresh and soft. I wanted to try the chocolate zucchini cookies, but it was late in the day and they were sold out. no interior view, only take windows. Picnic tables outside, with serviettes and seasoning.
I flew on Thursday afternoon in salt lake city and met a friend at the buds sandwich shop. this All-vegan sandwich shop has no outside seats, so they order in the window and sit outside, that is different. to the happiness it was a beautiful day and it was wonderful to sit outside. So we placed our orders and took a place.
