I tend to rate Mexican restaurants first on their chile rellenos. I would give Cancun 5 stars for theirs. Salsa and chips are probably our favorite in the valley. My wife prefers the fajitas. Big disappointment food wise. Bland salsa. Bland burrito. Service was good, but food wasn't much better than a frozen burrito from Costco.
