I tend to rate Mexican restaurants first on their chile rellenos. I would give Cancun 5 stars for theirs. Salsa and chips are probably our favorite in the valley. My wife prefers the fajitas. The food we ordered was really good, maybe not the very best Mexican food we had traveling through the region, but definitely very good. We were very happy with our meal. It was the best service we received on our trip, our server was great, super friendly, and very attentive. We would certainly eat here again when visit SLC.

Big disappointment food wise. Bland salsa. Bland burrito. Service was good, but food wasn't much better than a frozen burrito from Costco.
This was an OK place It was Americanized Mexican (which is one of my guilty pleasures) but still overall pretty bland.
