Contribute FeedbackCatch restaurant in San Francisco has received mixed reviews from patrons. While some diners found the food to be divine and enjoyable, others felt it was not the best value for the price. Many loyal customers praised the excellent service and variety of dishes offered, but a few noted inconsistent quality in their recent meals. The outdoor seating and ambiance of the restaurant were highlighted positively, making it a go-to spot for special occasions. Despite some setbacks, Catch continues to be a favorite among many for its delicious food and friendly service.
Never disappointed here. Alberto and Julio are always glad to see us. As we are to see them. Thanks.
I had small dinner and will definitely go back. Cod was delicious, I would like it little less rare but flaky. Unintentionally ordered meatballs, it was good. Update: Amazing experience. Artichoke was one of the best I have ever tried. Didn't touch the white sauce at all. It's butter/lemon sauce is so good. Mix fish grill had salmon, tuna, and mahi mahi. All very fresh. Very well cooked. Risotto under it was surprisingly flavorful too Brulee was too sweet for me, but I liked it.
Fresh never frozen fish is a rare thing in this world. Fantastic.
Everything was good average it could be better (freasher). The fried sea food plate was so greasy.
I was saddened to hear that Catch is closing, but I was grateful to have the opportunity to dine there on its final night. The fish dishes were exceptional as always. I am hopeful that a new owner will bring a fresh wave of business to the restaurant soon. Farewell to another beloved San Francisco gem.
