Though I still miss its old, tilted location, Liberty Bar is in a striking building in one of San Antonio's best neighborhoods. I enjoyed there the best cocktail I had in San Antonio, the Bravo. Their bread is also excellent, and a great compliment to a drink at the upstairs bar. View all feedback.
What Frankie Mugisa doesn't like about Liberty Bar:
the atmosphere was very nice and there was a lot of space. the server was attentive and awaits our needs, but eating was cold (especially the potatoes) and tasted as if they had heated old kartoffels and then sat too long and then were mud free. I also ordered a simple cocktail that was a price for a special cocktail and was not very impressed. my friend ordered the quiche and that looked delicious, but overall good... View all feedback.
I loved it! good eating and cocktails and super friendly staff.
Liberty bar is an excellent bar and restaurant. they have an exceptional menu, my favourite dish is the pasta with the mushrooms. they have great appetizers, sangrias and various types of beer, wein and alcohol drinks as well. blake is an amazing bartender. the ambiente, the friendly people make it worth the trip. an experience they will remember.
Fresh, handmade pastas, dressings, meatballs and desserts. attentive, friendly staff. huge selection of menus. we recommend it to everyone who visits san antonio!
Came to experience the atmosphere and a beer. Lindsey was a big bartender. Knew her beers!
Various choice of food. We had the pizza, salmon and Chile Relleno plates. Overall, the food was good. Our dessert tasted more like homemade. Especially our under heated personal apple cake, once again heated, the crust came slightly burned. We also ordered Mexican chocolate cookies and heated chocolate cakes. It was a busy Monday night crowd. Waiting service was good.
