Description: We just happened upon Luques Bar and Restaurant when looking for a special place to have breakfast on Powell Street.
My wife and me ate here breakfast. The service was friendly and fast. The food was ok. Thanks.
After checking online reviews, schedule a last minute business lunch. We were not disappointed. From the provolenta (I think that's the name) and stuffed prawn starters to the delicious fillet and the spread for the rolls, our meal was delicious. The owner was behind the bar and was very accommodating. I will definitely come back on my next visit to the area.
The steak was amazing. One of the best I've ever had. Service was a little slow but was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It was a pleasure
