Some patrons found the food to be disappointing, with complaints about dry burgers, old fries, and inedible bacon. Service also received criticism for being slow and the restaurant's tables were described as worn and sticky. On the other hand, there were positive reviews praising the delicious food and good service. One reviewer highlighted the vegan options and the welcoming owner, Chef Ray Tang. Overall, while some diners were satisfied with their experience and recommended making an early reservation, others were left wanting more from this establishment.
Great cocktail menu! Based on the restoration of a historic building. Service was fantastic!

This place used to be so good. Perhaps the pandemic, along with the current inflation, caused the owners to cut corners. Anyway, it's disappointing and I...
There are only wonderful things to share about Presidio Social Club. From the tasty variety of dishes to the completely crushed widows I have never visited and left disappointed (or hungry). I was lucky to bring three long-term friends who? ve always wanted to dine at PSC. Needless to say, each of them loved it. One of the women in our party is vegan and she was so glad to find several dishes and was thrilled with her selection of Rigatoni with cheese and truffle oil. In fact, it was decided that we would visit us at the next visit? re ordered a whole plate to share as an appie, as all four of us were noshing on them. We were lucky to have a table page visit from the talented and fully welcoming owner, Chef Ray Tang. I live about an hour north of San Francisco and I can only hope Chef Tang will be tempted to open another fabulous food closer to me. But until then, I am more than pleased to sit in the warm sun outside on the deck with a cool San Francisco breeze, cocktail in the hand and graze on savory bites!
Food was pretty good but very limited menu. Have a reservation or good luck getting a table. They seemed to be low on staff as everything took fairly long otherwise I would have given four stars. Outside seating is dog friendly. I had the challah bread French toast, which was really very good.
