Dinner in front of a concert in the SF ball park. there were a lot of customers who wish for pre-show meals, but the restaurant was overwhelmed because it had only two waiters. the waiting period after the order was long and the service was forgetful and slow (three times asked for a water replenishment) they need more waiter for peak hours.
We ordered the vegetables pakoras , utthapam and masala dosa. The pakoras were good but the dosa was not so crisp. Overall 3.5 stars!
ROTTEN FOOD! ZERO STAR! Food was stinking and it was ROTTEN! I went in yesterday at lunch hour and ordered a masala dosa.
Worst restaurant with the worst customer service especially if you order online.
Outstanding evening. Nick was an attentive waiter, he saw to our every need. Lovely evening!
