Takara Japanese Cuisine - San Andreas

My husband and I originally tried to go for dinner but time wasn't available so we went during lunch time which was great. Empty when we got there and restaurant is small. Food was pretty good and reasonably priced. We finished lunch with fried cream.

The ramen and sushi are consistently good. Service is always good, but we consistently run into glitches. This time we got a table about 20 min. Past our reservation, and on possibly the only hot day of the year in SSF, they didn't have shaved ice.

Little restaurant, little menu, little price...big fresh flavor. Great ramen on a typically frigid ssf night. Its so small that i don't know if I want this place to get too popular or keep it my secret neighborhood gem

I came here now and then back before the reopening.

Sadly, a lot of the reviews are rightThe new ownership isn't that great.
