My husband and I enjoy this place. The music is lovely, the service great and responsive and the food is always good. We recently took our granddaughter after a show at the theatre, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We sat near the band and still felt able to carry on a conversation. The energy was so off and awkward, the parking garage is a block a way, and they don’t validate. Nothing about this place had a rooftop either.. or they would only allow you up there if you were staying at their hotel? Very disappointing! Way better options in the city. View all feedback.
Booked a table to enjoy a meal and music in the last day of our holiday. The front of house was disorganised and threw us to the bar to wait then wanted us to eat at the bar. I found that abhorrent given I booked a nice table For two. Then got told I would have to pay An additional $30 to be near the live music. So we were placed I. A quiet area of the restaurant with no atmosphere. The head waiter gave us a quarter of a glass of Prosecco to compensate. But overall we were unimpressed and would not recommend given the cost and service we experienced
Gnocchi al Gorganzola was out of this world!! Polpette al Forno was excellent as well! Great service during late lunch
Last night, the weather in San Francisco was windy and rainy, so we chose to have dinner at our hotel, The Donatello. We had a wonderful time with great service and tasty Italian cuisine. The menu had a variety of options to choose from. We sat in a cozy booth and savored the jazz music playing in the background. The staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive. We can't wait for our next visit to San Francisco and will definitely be returning to ZINGARI again.
Valentine's dinner fell extremely short of the standard that this restaurant surely must strive for. It was a lack of service that was the primary issue....
Very disappointing. Food was average, at best. The service was non-existent, as we saw our waiter a total of twice over 2.5 hours (and it was not a busy night). For the price I expected a lot more. Will not be returning.
