This restaurant in Pundaquit is a hidden gem. We were searching for a place to eat before heading to Mt. Balingkilat the next morning. Just when we were about to give up, we stumbled upon this colorful and enchanting place with a big poster advertising a 99 Peso meryenda meal that caught our attention. The place was a delightful mix of colors and knickknacks, and even though my partner thought I was getting carried away, I was completely obsessed with it. I even considered checking out of our accommodation to stay there, only to find out they didn't offer lodging. The restaurant had three golden retrievers lounging under the tables, and I couldn't resist trying to play with them, until one of the dogs, Harley, stopped me. The menu was extensive and the prices were reasonable. We ordered their full breakfast and while we had to wait for about 20 minutes, the time flew by as we explored the place. When the food arrived, it was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We even had a fun encounter with the dogs Asia, Euro, and Biba, who woke up momentarily to play with us before falling back asleep. We had a pleasant chat with the staff before leaving and we would definitely return if we visit Zambales again. Hopefully, they expand their business. Special mention to the owner for the great experience. Just a heads up, avoid the fourth retriever in the photo as he tends to bite.
