Great quiet location with a beautiful view towards the city centre. The food was delicious. We had the truffle paste, rabbits and cooked vegetables. Delicioso! And then the delicious wine. Impressed that the one waiter was able to handle all tables himself and was pleasing. Perfect reactivity after the hectic Florence and Siena. View all feedback.
What Fabiano Neri dislikes about Osteria Del Cardinale:
First, we were almost forbidden to drink water from our own bottle just because they serve it. Really? We had already ordered starters, entrée, beer, etc. and you can't let us use your glass to drink our water? Secondly, the waitress' attitude, apparently called Maria (it was on July 5, 2019 at 2 a.m.). After the water situation everything changed drastically. Then it came to dinner.
