El Coqui Santa Rosa

My wife and I went to this restaurant with two non-vegan friends. We decided to try the vegan dish, which included beans, rice, plantains, and salad. It was delicious with a variety of flavors. The restaurant was quite busy, and we noticed that some of the non-vegan dishes also looked appetizing.

I tried mofongo for the first time at this restaurant and made sure to request it vegan - it was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is a cozy little spot with a great selection of vegan dishes. Everything I ordered was delicious!

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! I ordered the vegetarian (which can also be made vegan) entree that included a choice of black or red beans, white or yellow rice, sweet or green plantains, and avocado salad. I went with black beans, yellow rice, and sweet plantains, and everything was absolutely delicious! The beans were a highlight for me. If you find yourself in Santa Rosa, I highly recommend giving El Coqui a try.

I had the best food here! I have escaped the vegetarian (can be vegan) that came with black or red beans, white or yellow rice, sweet or green plantains and avocado salat. I chose the black beans, yellow rice and sweet plantains and it was all so delicious! I have enjoyed the beans especially! if they are in santa pink, I would recommend to try el coqui

Wife and I can't vegan with 2. We chose the vegan dish. Beans, rice, curtains and salad. It was really good. Tonnes of flavors. Pretty busy. Some of the other non vegan items looked delicious
