Always food served creatively and professionally. Things seemed a little slow. Bread was very hard once it cooled, it must have been reheated?

My partner and I had the Wednesday wine special with the halibut and beef sirloin entrees. The food and service were excellent. While I’ve never had a bad meal experience here, my partner has had an occasional meal that she did not care for, so we are discriminating diners with definitive tastes and preferences. Having established the aforementioned background, we hold Prairie Star in high regard as our favorite location to dine out.
Fish overcooked. Vegetables under, completely unable cut or eat sprouts. Steak dinner was good. Both appetizers were disappointing. Pumpkin mousse dessert was FANTASTIC
