While driving around Saskatoon at lunch time, we decided to stop at Grainfields Family Restaurant. We both ordered the Mexican Skillet, a popular dish that had only been added to the menu about a month ago. The skillet was filled with garlic tater tots, Tex. What User dislikes about Grainfields Family Restaurant:
I have been here a few times. And to be honest while the service is ok, the food needs some work. One time I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette. The spinach and mushrooms were both raw, which in turn cooled off the egg and honestly who wants raw mushrooms in an omelette?? Just last weekend I had the eggs benedict. Had the turkey dinner with a salad. It wasn't as good as mom makes but was delicious and came to the table quickly. I like this place and will be back!
There's a very wide selection of meals to choose from, and the prices were very good.
Yup, here's a good old fashioned diner. No bones about it. Good food. Friendly service. I'll probably come back here a few times on my trip.
Decent pick for breakfast. Fairly large menu and friendly service. Was a bit disappointed with my Benedict however and the fruit salad wasn't that fresh.
We often stop here for lunch as we drive through Saskatoon. Well located on Circle Drive. Menu is extensive and has always been good. Service is very good. Coffee and water always topped off without asking.
