Daily Dose Old Town Grill - Scottsdale

Mmmmm such a great little breakfast place! Go to for breakfast in Scottsdale Food still great but service has gone downhill, very disappointed in the service this year. Hopefully it changes for next year or will have to hunt out a new breakfast spot :

Really good food, service was quick and friendly. Grouo being forced to pay all on one bill was lame.

My wife eats healthier than I do but here we both are very happy with our meals, not a big omelet eater just here and just the smoked ham with pablano peppers and my wife has the veggie and DD hash.

This place had phenomenal reviews so we were stoked to give it a try. But overall the food was underwhelming. We needed to add a ton of salt and pepper to the gravy. The hollandaise sauce was meh, and couldn't be saved with salt and hot sauce. We also ordered the roasted turkey omelet which was okay, but was stuffed with goat cheese and topped with an unripened avocado we needed a knife to cut through. Overall disappointing.

The food and atmosphere were great but the service was a little off. I sat at the bar and the server didn’t seem very engaged or enthusiastic, and very weary/timid of me for some reason. It was very offputting and awkward.
