This was the best and most unique bar I've ever been to. The wait was long but worth it. The seating is limited, therefore cozy. Love the decor and the unique glasses for serving drinks. I came on a Friday night with a reservation . (They allow reservations with a $25/ person deposit that goes towards the check) Drink quality and atmosphere garner 5 stars. They have a lot of unique and tasty cocktails. However, service was pretty bad. We had to wait 30 mins after being seated for our order to be taken. I don't know about the "best in Seattle" title but it is one damn good cocktail bar. The first time I was here, the quoted wait was an hour and half.

The drinks are a new experience every time, and they’re always delicious, fun, and inventive. The food is equally delicious. Canon is one of the best bars in the world for good reason.
