Elysian Brewing Company - Seattle

This place has a great atmosphere and a great beer selection (before they make their own beer). the only thing I would change is eating that is generous with 3 stars. Not to say that eating was bad, it was just nothing to write home (although I can only speak for the steak).

We had a business dinner there, which comprised about 20 people. this is one of the best places to do this for a reasonable price while not feeling how it would be interrupted by others. we reserved the intermediate level, which was calmer and allowed us to scream over the table. everyone had a great time and the personal was professional, friendly and fast. the salmon and pea risotto was delicious and the several times ordered appetizers were delicious and varied.

Interesting menu and eating was pretty good. the kitchen seemed slow. housed in an old building, it seems really smart. the dining room was smart and cold. quite a lot had to keep our weights throughout the meal to stay comfortable.

We were looking for a place for a business dinner at short notice for a day meeting. the elysian was perfect; he has brought us to a short time, the food was good, service attentive, but not intrusiw and they were in no hurry to throw us out. comfortable place to have a beautiful unpretentious meal with friends.
