The food is awesome! Menu great! We were there on a concert night so very busy and loud. Only suggestion is when you make reservations six months in advance they need to have a table for you other than in the entrance. The host was very good and did let us sit in a booth after I told him how long I had reservations. We go again and again View all feedback.
What Teeens doesn't like about Toulouse Petit Kitchen & Lounge:
Service was great, food was above average for Seattle standards. Huge menu, difficult to choose from! I've been here for brunch and dinner, and prefer the brunch more. My one comment about the restaurant was the ambiance. The decor was nice and cohesive. However, the restaurant is in a very old building that needs a refresh. There is a lingering smell of an old home. If you put the cloth napkins to your mouth, you ca... View all feedback.
Beautiful ambiance, our server was AMAZING! I always have the perfect experience when I’m here.
They had our table ready even with arriving a bit early. Friendly and inviting host. Our server Nikki, Nicky (not sure on spelling) was amazing. She paid attention to notes for reservation and surprising us with a birthday dessert. Thank you guys so much!
Phenomenal place! It was a rainy cloudy morning when me and my wife went to come visit her favourite place to eat in all of Seattle. As I entered the establishment I was taken in by the candle light and cozy colour scheme. It was the perfect vibe for Seattle's rainy cloudy weather. The food was some of the best I've had in 2023, that's an easy win. However my wife's steak was cold and my wife brought it up and the issue was immediately rectified and beyond what was standard in my experience. I'd love to come back and bring whoever I'm with here when I'm in Seattle next. Thanks for having us : Chris Jodaci.
I walked in on a busy thursday night after a hockey game. It's a fine dining establishment, I could tell they were questionable about me wearing a captains hat, but next to my buddy in a hockey jersey maybe I wasnt the sore thumb. Regardless, a lovely bartender served us the lamb burger per her reccomendation it did not disapoint. good vibes, setting food.
Best beignets and grits I’ve ever had! Review for Toulouse Petit Kitchen Lounge: Toulouse Petit Kitchen Lounge stands out as a culinary gem in Seattle, offering an exceptional dining experience. The beignets here set a new standard, boasting a perfect texture with a slightly crispy exterior and a wonderfully doughy inside. The sauce, with its understated espresso flavor, beautifully offsets the sweetness, creating a delightful balance. The shrimp and grits were another revelation, with buttery, smooth grits that redefine the dish, accompanied by incredibly fresh shrimp. The combination of the sauce and vegetables brought a pleasing heat that tantalized the palate in all the right ways. A personal favorite was the pork cheek gnocchi, a dream dish for any meat enthusiast. It was rich, savory, and deeply satisfying. The broccoli served with it was also noteworthy, cooked to perfection and complementing the meal wonderfully. The ambiance of the restaurant added significantly to the experience. The real lit candles and the moody atmosphere created an inviting and warm environment, perfect for the flavorful and hearty Cajun cuisine served. For those in search of top-notch Cajun fare in Seattle, especially on a damp and chilly day, Toulouse Petit Kitchen Lounge is a destination not to be missed. The combination of the exquisite food, the inviting atmosphere, and the excellent service makes it a standout dining experience.
