Caffe Nero Liverpool One - Sefton

Excellent coffee shop I had the large black cappucino and partner strawberry milk shake. We had egg and the tuna sandwiches. Delicious Staff very friendly and drinks and sandwiches far better than costa. Highly reccomend.

Visited today with my mum. Absolutely disgusted at the state of the toilets. On entry you are hit with the stench of urine. Everything looked filthy particularly the floor especially behind the entrance door. There were broken remains of a dispenser on the wall and an. overflowing lidless bin. Complained to assistant who apologised and said toilets were deep cleaned once a week!!! These toilets have never seen a deep clean since they were originally fitted never mind once a week! I can't believe how an establishment that serves food could find these conditions acceptable. Put me off eating and drinking there again

During our visit to Liverpool ONE, we decided to stop at this restaurant for hot chocolates to warm up from the cold weather. The staff was friendly and the drinks were delicious.

While I understand that the lack of a cash till may have been due to COVID-19 safety measures, I believe that clearer signage indicating card-only payment should be displayed at the entrance of the store to avoid confusion. I appreciate the staff's efforts in resolving the issue and take partial responsibility for the misunderstanding. To prevent similar problems in the future, I recommend placing a prominent notice at the entrance to ensure that all customers are aware of the payment policy before entering the establishment. Despite this minor setback, I had a positive experience overall and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you to the staff for their assistance, and I hope that this feedback is received in a constructive manner.

This coffee shop is top-notch. The seating is comfortable both inside and outside, and the staff is extremely friendly. We opted for a vanilla and a strawberry milkshake along with a scone and butter. The scone was wonderfully fresh and the milkshakes were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place.
