In The Raw - SHAILER PARK

After spending a whole day at the Australia Zoo, we chose to have dinner at this restaurant because we had seen it a few days earlier and were impressed by the delicious-looking food.

I absolutely love this sushi restaurant! My best friend always takes me here when we meet up.

Not so bad here but could do with more work. The blonde woman, I assume she's either the owner or the manager, can be really gruff with customers. Good coffee, the food can be hit and miss.

Visited for a veggie lunch after visiting the Logan Hyperdome. We we're the only people in at the time, & the staff were friendly & it was a nice setting inside. We ordered a roasted veg melt & veg burger which took about 25 minutes to arrive. Burger was tasty & fresh but was very thin, soft & squishy & came with fries on the side for @$13, the roasted veg melt was one piece of tasty soda bread but with only one actual roasted veg for @$9 which was nevertheless tasty. I noticed a beef burger on the menu was $15.95 which I thought a littleexpensive! Overall an average lunch but we wouldn't go out of our way to visit again but probably would if we were local.

I tried a smoothie bowl and almond milk flat white after work here. It was reasonably priced and came out very quickly. The regular flat white was huge but the milk was way too bubbly for a flat white. The smoothie bowl was yum but probably needs more of actual granola added to add substance to it. There is plenty of comfy seating and the staff were lovely. I'll be coming back to try breakfast here.
