One customer raves about the generous portions and delectable apple omelet, while another complains about the lackluster General Tao chicken. A disappointing dining experience included long wait times, incorrect orders, and subpar food quality, with no managerial intervention. However, another customer praises the friendly service and delicious meals, such as apple cinnamon crepes and chocolate. Overall, the restaurant seems to have hit-and-miss moments, with some patrons vowing never to return and others planning to come back for more.
Was a really nice place for father day had a lot of fun eating was unexpectedly good would return there anytime
Good fair priced food. Nice ambiance. Good menu with many options.
Something to forget! Went there after a long road trip and had an awful experience. The food was as bad as it could get. Their famous coquille is terrible, better to buy that thing frozen in a supermarket and eat it home for a tenth of the price. The Tai dish doesn 't even have the warning as it should, was nasty spicy, not at all natural spices just full of artificial flavours, uneatable.
On Sunday, September 25th, we arrived at 2 o'clock and asked if they could serve us. they immediately sat a table for us and we had a great lunch and excellent service up to about 4 o'clock.
Jack-o and it's brother restaurant freddys just have the best thick crust pizza in the city. If they like seafood, try their seafood pizza. it's great.
