wow! absolutely amazing eating, very tasty and bursting with taste. I honestly do not think that I enjoyed a meal as much as I have in a long time. you are really shrewsbury's little jewel. a very friendly family restaurant that is excellent. very recommended and looking forward to return View all feedback.
The food was fantastic, the staff was delightful, and it was an amazing evening overall. I dined in for dinner and would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Italian Fine Dining and Tasting Menus.
A few weeks ago, we had an amazing meal at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and we were very impressed. We will definitely be returning in the future, as we had such a great experience. Overall, we give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 5 out of 5.
This is the best restaurant we have eaten at in the UK. We highly recommend it. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.
Exquisite! Exceptional! You will leave with your belly six courses heavier (and your purse sixty five quid lighter but you will be content with both counts. Every course is well thought out and pulled together into a blend that seems more set for an artist 's palette than the plate because surely it can 't taste as good as it looks? But tasty it is, and by the end of the evening, you will agree that six was just about the magic number of courses (unless you fancy adding the cheese we did in which case seven is heaven... It 's not cheap, but you certainly don 't feel swindled, as every ingredient is unequivocally fresh. We suggest that LDV must have a hidden garden behind the restaurant that is fully stocked with ripe fennel, pumpkins, porcini mushrooms, microherbs, macroherbs, and megaherbs (the final two may be made up . Service is friendly, familial, and altogether Italian. Delicious food with lovely hosting, and the vegetarian option is a beast of its own that is worth coming back for there 's no 'just take away the meat ' here it is clearly a carefully considered menu, and many of the veggie dishes compete with (or beat! the meaty versions. Prices on the wine list are also surprisingly reasonable. Recommended! And recommended again!
I visited here on the 8th December and had a lovely lunch with excellent service. I also forgot my gloves and the owners posted them to me wouldn’t accept payment) which was so kind. Tracey Owen. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
