We came here with our teenage son. Ordered a couple pizzas and we even had some leftovers. Perogie pizza and Fort Mac pizza were really good! Staff was really good too. View all feedback.

We regularly visit the Woodshed and every so often try something other than the pizza; our history shows this to be a mistake. Tried meatballs with a salmon, goat cheese, capers, pickled onion salad. We regularly visit the Woodshed and every so often try something other than the pizza; our history shows this to be a mistake. Tried meatballs with a salmon, goat cheese, capers, pickled onion salad. The meatballs must have been prepared in the morning as, by the time we had them, they were very dry, tasteless which they tried to overcome with the sauce. The same for the accompanying French toast. The salad was sadly lacking in goat cheese and capers so was overwhelmed by the pickled onion. All this being said, their pizzas are outstanding, period. The service is consistently friendly and fast. This review sounds bad but I would recommend the Woodshed so long as it's the pizza you're after.
3 friends, my husband and I go out for lunch every Friday. We rotate through our favourite restaurants and this week we tried the Woodshed. What a treat. Pizza was great, salad was great, fresh coffee made specially for us. My friend who has Celiac said its the best gluten free pizza crust she's had. Next time we'll be sure to try the beers on tap. Only criticism is that there was only one young waitress on over the lunchtime rush and she was kep hopping the whole time of our visit. She did really well but could have used some help. A good addition to our Friday rota.
A very popular restaurant on Beacon Street, with a menu that emphasizes pizza but is comprehensive. We descended on them with a large group, and they were very accommodating and efficient. The waitstaff went out of their way to make our meal pleasant.
Try'em ! with a Dark Matter Beer and then have cheesy bread and homemade chips. Oh, and have a wood fired pizza while you're there too.
