guided by the comments about this restaurant we went to dinner on Saturday. the place clean, quiet (we are alone,) the dinner well....nothing from the other world, except the torrija with ice cream and pineapple did not deserve the price we paid. But the waitress! That's unprofessionalism! What a little touch! It's clear we won't come back, let alone recommend it! View all feedback.
The big street is one of the best simpas restaurants if you are looking for traditional food with a gourmet touch. they have a quite interesting menu, but the specialities of the house are roasted: chochinillo, lamb and, most importantly, child. I asked the roasted child and it was surprisingly good tender, tasty and abundant. As for snacks, I would suggest the millet of smoked salmon with ancho butter. All right! The wine menu is correct and have some La-Mancha castille handmade wines that are worth trying if you visit the weekend, be sure to book a table in advance, as it is a popular place and is filled quickly
Which was a nobiliary case of the restored xvi, the letter from the outside and which had a michelin star was what we loved for this restaurant, located on the main street of sigüenza, as its name indicates and near the cathedral and the castle. the truth is that we reward ourselves, all good and the ratio of price of quality quite approximate. mushrooms shake with foie, exquisite and roasted boy to suck so fingers.

We took the tasting menu and everything was exquisite. the restaurant is very nice and we were treated wonderfully, the deal is very nice. As for the dishes, I would highlight the salmon mijo, and the dessert, which was torrija with coffee ice cream that is the most good torrija I have taken in my life and I think it will be very difficult to overcome.
The food was very good, the deal too. We ate a boletus stir with something else but I don't remember it, roasted kid and caramelized pig. dessert the torrija with coffee and pineapple ice cream, which is the one that comes in the picture and cheese ice cream with jelly. And it was all very good, and the bread just made.
