What William Ruiz dislikes about Pupuseria Doña Azucena:
To begin with, there is no parking, on top of that everything on the menu is for taste. Horchata no ay, tamarind no ay. Beef soup No ouch! Chicken tamales, they're gone! And the pupusas were served with paco curtdo that was gone. When they brought the tanning it was already too much. Better go to Comalito, this place is ruined! The owner died, the restaurant died!!! Decided to stop by at the famous LP Doña azucena. Overall customer service was not the best, but I wasn't here for the service, I was here for the amazing rice flour pupusas and of course it didn't disappoint at all. Cheese was nice and crunchy, parkingwas reasonable but at night this area seems a bit sketchy. I will definitely be coming back.
The service here was terrible today. This lady pictured messed up my order and then laughed about the mess up. I got my money back. There also use a plastic bin for their cabbage slaw. Very unsanitary. Never coming back. Not recommended.
Food was very good. Condition of restaurant not so good. Needs some TLC. Tables were not cleaned and food on floor. Server did not wipe down our table when she took food order??

My family and I have been going here for years and the owner of the restaurant, the atmosphere of the place and people are welcoming, and most of all, the food is so great. Absolutely love coming here. Their pupusas are one of the best I've tried. AndI'm from VA!
