Carnivore Brazilian Churrascaria

This is not Pampas in Palo Alto. The concept is nice, but the execution was poor. I was surprised to find it located in the middle of a shopping center, but I gave it a try.

My first experience with Brazilian BBQ was just okay. It's possible that my expectations were not met initially, but they could have been.

The food at the restaurant was delicious. The meal was cooked well, although I requested it to be medium rare and it came out overcooked. The meat was not seasoned well and did not taste authentic Brazilian.

Incredible! Everything was flawless! The staff was friendly and the system with the signs was really cool. Just ask to "green up" and the chefs will immediately bring you fish, chicken, pork, or anything else you desire. Don't pass up the opportunity to experience it!

I visited the Grandstand branch on February 15, 2017. The meats were delicious and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a cocktail to accompany my meal and it was excellent! Thank you for a fantastic evening.
