Gurame - Singapore

This beautiful Indonesian restaurant by the sea offers a fantastic dining experience. The food was excellent; the fried gurame was crispy, the shrimp were succulent and flavorful, and the tahu kipas was delicious. However, the venue could use some improvements, as it felt a bit chaotic. Overall, it was a pleasant meal.

The food was quite good and authentic. I particularly enjoyed the delicate rendang and the large grilled shrimp. All the dishes met a satisfactory standard. We ordered the 10-person set, which came with generous portions, and we ended up having just a little bit left over. The staff kindly offered to pack up the remaining food for us. However, I’m giving it only one star due to an uncomfortable situation; I believe driving is necessary to access this place.
