Contribute FeedbackAt this upscale restaurant, diners are treated to a diverse menu with standout dishes like crispy-skinned duck and banana toffee dessert, although some felt the vegetable options lacked originality. The restaurant's fusion approach has attracted mixed reviews, with traditional favorites missing and some dishes like the Peking Duck deemed too oily. While the ambiance is elegant and the service commendable, the high prices for items like tea raised eyebrows. Patrons also noted an inconsistency in the quality of dishes, with some being exceptionally well-prepared and others falling short, particularly in terms of texture and flavor balance. Overall, a memorable dining experience tinged with a few disappointments.
Great ambiente and fabulous eating. good variety of vegetarians on the menu. would have loved more dimsum choice, although it was dinner.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was reminiscent of a cafeteria with tile floors and bare tables, but the lighting was beautiful. The service was good, but a bit hurried between courses. The prices were what you would expect from a Michelin Star restaurant. The roast duck, as mentioned by other diners, was quite fatty and the fat was not properly rendered, making it more like eating fat with a little bit of crispy skin rather than crispy duck skin.
The duck was delicious and we had a great time. Could not have been better.
Fiance loved it! although a little upset that my goldfish dumpling was tipped to the side when it served, it was actually a auspicious start.
Half the size of the peking dugs could not be available.
