Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant at Crowne Plaza in Solihull offers mixed experiences. While some customers enjoyed the attentive service and delicious food, others were disappointed by poor customer service and incomplete meals. The restaurant, part of the Holiday Inn hotel, has a predictable menu but offers a good selection of dishes. Despite some shortcomings, the overall experience was positive for many, with lovely views and tasty meals. Some customers had issues with reservations not being communicated properly, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. Ultimately, it seems like a hit or miss dining experience at this location.
Blown away with the gluten free options here! We had the most amazing three course meal and can not wait to return. The two waitresses that served us were so friendly and attentive.
Wasn’t busy at all but had to keep asking (take our order, have another drink, have condiments etc) Food was average, not hot, my steak was cold, my wife’s chicken had not been cooked all the way through and when we bought it to the attention of the staff there answer was from the chef it’s just a vain and asked if we wanted a complimentary dessert. Overall experience was poor and would not recommend.
Sitting outside on the Terrace was lovely and relaxing. The service was friendly and good. Ambiance was a little lacking but I would go again. As a gym member I received a discount which made it very good value for money.
The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. The staff were attentive and genuine. The food was absolutely delicious and that's coming from a vegan. The plant based burger was the best I've ever tasted. My friend and I will definitely be back!
Comfortable surroundings in a convenient location with ample parking. Delicious food and friendly helpful staff.
