Fresco Valley Cafe - SOLVANG

Late to check, but definitely worth it! We were in La Corque and she highly recommended this place. We were young and very happy that we followed her recommendation.

I ordered the 3 types of salad and overall I was satisfied with it, but there was too much dressing (mayonnaise) on it, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the salad.

This lovely little restaurant in the Danish town of Solvang offers a delicious and hearty breakfast with a wide range of menu options to choose from. Be sure to grab a menu as soon as you arrive.

Fresco was a great stop for our road trip. It has great outdoor seating; very easy to get both sun and shade. It was a very warm day and we couldn't wait to get some sun. I am usually not a fan of places where you preorder and then sit, but honestly, the outdoor space and the food for it. We have the chicken pesto sandwich and the veggie sandwich. Both incredibly rich and tasty. The city is also quite quirky and welcoming. If the weather is nice, it is a good place to walk around just a bit before you travel.

Very sweet and cozy place to enjoy a meal. It's a little confusing when it's your first time. I saw some people trying to figure out how to get a table. As it works, order in front and the server gives you a number. You can then go to the dining area and sit yourself. The food was very good. I recommend the tiger shrimp appetizer.
