This is a great place 5km from Laguiole, but let's cut to the chase it is dog friendly and has a couple of Labradors, so if you are travelling with dogs it's for you if you don't like dogs, go somewhere else. The price bracket is low, so if you're used to travelling de luxe, it's probably not for you but for the rest it most certainly is! We had demi pension (bed, dinner and breakfast for €42 each. Dinner was melon with port, followed by steak and aligot (a local dish, basically smooth cheese and potato mix yum! , a good cheeseboard and dessert. Truly delicious. Rooms are functional, with just enough space but they are clean and comfortable. I had a good night's sleep with no sound but the waterfall alongside. Service is excellent and friendly so give it a try if you're in the area. I'm tempted to take up cross country skiing just so I can go back!
