Cucina by Toscani's - South Brisbane

We went here for coffee and desert mid afternoon. It was almost empty. Staff were milling around but tables were dirty and it took ages before anyone took our order. The coffee and sticky date puddings were nice though. The poor service spoiled the experience- probably wont go back.

Love this place, always great service and food. Can't fault it. Fettuccine Carbonara is the one ????????

The food is sad, the staff make a lot of mistake they think the brucchetta is like a pizza and 3 table around me are a lot of mistake.. don t coming here!!!!!!

Reluctantly need to advise not worth money or effort.Had same experience at another of this brand of restaurant, was with friends whoBooked from out of town, and did not know and would not go again.Staff abrupt and uncaring, "we're really busy, so use that table over there"May we have our parking validated "not valid on weekends"Food edible, nothing special, not worth the price had avo/feta on Turkish that wasSo hard could not cut with a knifeTables too close so not easy for pram and would not be for a wheelchair

The four of us dined here on a Saturday night, and unfortunately it wasn't a great experience.We had to wait about an hour for our food, after which the lasagne & chips ordered by my father in law arrived cold and tasted average at best. The supreme pizza I ordered was hot, but tasted average, and although it was stated to have bbq sauce on it in the menu, it clearly didn't have any bbq sauce on it.My wife's spaghetti bolognaise must have been forgotten about, because it didn't arrive until long after I had finished eating my pizza, and again tasted average at best. When it eventually did get brought out to the table, there were no apologies for it being so late, even though I clearly had plenty of time to finish my pizza while waiting for it.My mother in law's salmon must have been the best meal on the table because she reported it to be nice and exactly what she hoped for.I don't like giving negative reviews and generally feel too bad to do so, but I was really disappointed in this meal and would not recommend to anyone.
