Milan Indian Restaurant

Been here often and never been disappointed. Always welcoming and friendly service. Have had a birthday party for 14 people that had everyone leaving the restaurant happy.

The food and service in this restaurant are great. The decor and ambiance you will need to make yourself but it is really authentic Indian food and well priced.

My wife and I ate here last week and had the eggplant pakora's which are fried in Chickpea flower and served with a Tamarind sauce, we both loved these and my wife does not usually like eggplant. For main course we had the mixed vegetable curry and the methi fish which were both excellent. The service was very friendly and easy going and we were well looked after with water as we sat down and complimentary poppadums soon after. We had a great eating experience with very pleasant surroundings at a very reasonable price. I don't understand that we were only one of two tables with people on ? I would have thought it should be full.

This was a repeat visit and although the prices have increased slightly, Milan's Thali ($20 vegetarian, $25 incl meat) is still a wonderful way to sample some of their great Nepalese food. Including as it does paratha and desert it makes for a complete meal of very nice curries served with the biggest smile. Before you order ask what is included in the Thali and if there is something you prefer not to have they easily change it for you to something else as long as you do it when ordering, not once it's on your table. I'll definitely go back here.

The staff at Milan Indian Restaurant were very friendly and efficient. The service combined with their mouth watering food equated to a fantastic all round dining experience. I highly recommend this South Fremantle restaurant.
