When I ordered here, I meant to get clams but ended up saying fried calamari for some reason. It was the best misspeak I've had at any restaurant. I hope I can go back to try another value plate sometime because if they all taste as good as the calamari, they will be divine. My husband ordered the seafood chowder and it too was delicious. What Tenlee D doesn't like about Docks Seafood:
The steamed clams were covered in mud! Very poor representation of Maine seafood. The restaurant was freezing cold and it was hard to enjoy even eating the canned chowder. Will not be going back. View all feedback.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The fried seafood and Lobster Roll were both delicious. The location is convenient with plenty of parking available. The prices were reasonable and the service was top-notch.
All year round, scrumptious seafood delight! We decided to try this fantastic seafood restaurant on a whim and we are so glad we did. This hidden gem in SoPo consistently serves absolutely delicious seafood dishes that you can't help but finish. It has now become our go-to spot whenever we are in town. Thank you to Docks Restaurant for being so good!
I tried fresh Maine Lobster for the first time, and it was pretty good but not exactly what I was expecting. The service was friendly and the prices were decent.
Food was great and the staff was friendly! Clam chowder and lobster rolls were great!
This is a place where the locals purchase seafood not only to take home to prepare but to dine in too! The market displays the seafood very nicely. The service was great. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect and enjoy. There is plenty of outdoor seating and parking.
