Overall excellent. Food was delicious. Thought beer was dear, small bottles only, and £3.50 each. Very busy but was a Saturday. Staff worked hard but were still attentive. A bit noisy but as I said it was full. A very popular restaurant I would definitely go again View all feedback.
What Joséphine Richard doesn't like about Sopa Thai:
slow service. I love my Thai food, but it was very disappointing. all 4 of us felt the same. had to follow our main course after several later arriving tables were there. table surrounded by people waiting for takeaway. View all feedback.
Good food, friendly service. are looking forward to coming back in the future. charities were laughing tiger and the chicken wing started.
This was our first visit and we will be back. There are so many dishes we want to try. The food is fantastic, full of flavour, beautifully presented. The Tempura Prawns were beautiful, cooked perfectly with a crunchy batter coating. Thai Green Curry was very traditional with a nice balance of spice and flavour. Stir Fry was flavoursome and a good mix of chicken and vegetables. It was a very busy night with lots of delivery drivers collecting orders this is good as it shows how popular the restaurant is, but service in the restaurant was affected. It didn’t spoil our evening though.
We were very pleasantly surprised. The meal was so very different and better than any Thai food we have had before.
Food was superb and authentic. Have been to Thailand many times and the flavours are just the same if not better. Service was good and friendly. So pleased to have found this restaurant, only wish we had room for dessert
Amazing as ever, if like Thai why haven't you been already!! ingredients shipped from Thailand for the most authentic tastes!! the staff and owners are friendly and helpful explaining dishes and giving suggestions. LOVE IT!!!!
