A disappointing experience in Southern Pines. A restaurant that doesn’t take customer feedback personally and seriously is not worth going back. I informed our waiter one of the dishes was very disappointing. Nothing was done. I informed him again at the end of our dinner that the dish was the worst I had in my life and should have never been in the menu. Nothing was done. I e-mailed the restaurant the same evening.... This restaurant was just okay; I would rate it a 6 out of 10. It’s definitely overpriced, and the menu descriptions were more appealing than the actual taste of the food. However, the dessert was exceptional—a 10 out of 10 for the flourless cake!
