Ginger Blossom - Springfield

Hoping they rebound soon. Last take-out experience was not up to their standard from a year or two ago. Still not open for in house dining. Still wearing masks. Still an odd difference between sushi dining in and sushi to go. Can't figure it out. Dining in is dramatically better.

The food is incredible here. It took a little while to be seated due to it just being one waitress. Other than that food is amazing. My wife both had the general tso chicken. It was unbelievable. The chicken was tender and juicy on the inside andamazingly crunchy on the outside. Best general tso I?ve had in a long time. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to ourneeds. I believe she owns this establishment. I know everyone experiences is different but I have nothing but good things tosay about Ginger Blossom. They give the best of both cuisine Chinese and Japanese! Definitely a spot to visit if you?re not fromhere or if you was born and raised here!!!!

Absolutely worst service. We arrived 35 minutes before they closed and they refused service due to needing to get a ride home. I assured them we would be quick and the owner continued to ask us to leave they didn't have time. I asked her how they makebusiness turning customers away and she responded we need to get home

I know that all the experiences are different, but I have nothing but good things to say about going blossom. they give the best of Chinese and Japanese cuisine! definitely a place to visit if they are not from here or when they are born and raised here!

We had never eaten here. we were looking for a new place to eat Chinese food. we used to go to the Chinese restaurant peacock, but stopped when it changed the owners when we were treated very rudely by the female and male who ran and take out the cash. So we had sweet and sour hues, crooked raggoons and mooshi all. I had never had crooked raggoons like their amazing taste of cocks and made in what seemed fresh teig. that was perfect. However, the Mooshi-all tasted good with the first pancake, then the overwhelming taste of the salt! our waitress came to pack the rest I did not want, so I explained why. she seemed disturbed that this happened, she spoke to the cook and removed it from the check. I didn't care that she had done that, as I thought, to pay for it, but it was nice to see that she was proud of her restaurant and didn't want her customers to be dissatisfied. we will definitely be back, we have found a great place for our Chinese food!
