My favorite Chinese in Springfield! You always get a decent amount of good food for a reasonable price. They have a friendly staff, a clean restaurant if dining in, and an efficient drive through if taking home!

There are only three places in Springfield to get cashew chicken: Hong Kong Inn on Sunshine, Hong Kong Inn on Glenstone, and Hong Kong Inn on Kearney.
In my opinion, this restaurant offers the best Springfield-style cashew chicken, and without a doubt, the finest crab rangoon I've ever had! Everything else I’ve tried has been excellent as well. The egg rolls are filled with fresh vegetables and fried in fresh oil, making them delicious! The egg drop soup is perfect for a chilly day—yum! The portions are generous, and the quality is consistently great!
