Milano's Family - Springfield

Consistently excellent food and service. Large portions. My wife loves avogolemono soup and ranks theirs as better than even some Greek restaurants .

Breakfast, lunch or dinner, milano's makes a good family style meal. My daughter loves their pizza and I love their gyro salad Supreme.

Everything we've ordered from Milano's has been superb. The catering is A + as well. My only complaint is the delivery containers are not sufficient for the amount of food and sauce.Each of our last 3 delivery orders have had problems. The first two were delivered by the same uber eats person on a bicycle, which is normally fine, but the sauce does not stay in the container and makes a giant mess as it's unpacked. The last order was delivered by car, except this time i picked it up from my front door, took 2 steps inside, and the bottom of the bag fell out and spilled half of the food. The spilled sauce had weakened the paper bag.Please consider using slightly more robust/sealable containers for saucy foods being delivered.

Just ate here for the first time. The food was outstanding. Normally when we eat somewhere that has good ratings, we find the food way too salty for our palate. We saw a few lower reviews for Milano’s stating that the food was ‘bland’. It was the perfect level of saltiness for our liking. Great food, in large portions, reasonably priced. What’s not to like? I believe we found a new favorite restaurant in the local area.

We got there kind of late because I thought I knew where it was and was wrong. The food was fantastic. I got a shrimp dish. The shrimp were huge. If they were people, they would have been headed off to Kindergarten. They were that big and there were plenty of them. My son is vegetarian these days. He loved his pasta dish as well. The bread was good. The service was good. We are definitely coming back again. So many things on the menu sounded delicious. Can't wait to explore it further.
