Contribute FeedbackDining experiences can greatly vary, as highlighted by the mixed reviews of this restaurant situated in a beautiful historic hotel. While the ambience and attentive service received praise, many guests reported issues such as slow service, unremarkable food, and disruptive noise from other patrons. The quality of certain dishes, like the coq au vin, left diners disappointed, while others enjoyed standout items like scallops. Despite the restaurant's charming setting, several customers expressed frustration over poor service and a lack of acknowledgment from staff, leaving them to seek alternatives for their dining needs. Overall, expectations may not align with the reality of dining here.
Our server, a Marchands veteran of many years, was terrific as usual. The food was very good though the bone-in ribeye was not a top quality cut of meat.
Would have liked to sit by window. That area if the restaurant was empty. Much nicer view.
Had the grouper. always superb. Server was very friendly and gracious. Love this place. Very elegant atmosphere. Piano was lovely but a bit loud for me.
