Golden Star Chinese Restaurant

When I called to place my order, a woman answered the phone and became upset when I mentioned that my previous order had missing items despite paying the full price. She refused to take my order and abruptly ended the call. I will most likely not be ordering from this restaurant again.

They are completely rude over the phone while taking orders. I?ve never felt so rudely rushed over the phone that I had to decline my order. I totally understand the restaurant business (I was a restaurant manager for 10yrs) though they need to reconfigure who can take the calls so it supports there ordering business. Proper training is required

The Chinese cuisine at this restaurant is pretty good, and they also offer hot tea.

I order boneless spare ribs with fried rice and another order of vegetables fried rice. These people only give me the vegetables fried rice with a bowl of boneless spare ribs.

A lady answered the phone when I had tried to place my order. She proceeded to get mad when I told her the last time i ordered I paid the whole price and some of the items were missing. She decided to not take my order and hung up on me. I will probably not order from this place ever again.
