I loved the decor. Staff very friendly and capable. Menu varied and affordable. Not having been there before, I just ordered at the bar when I walked in off the street, no booking, on a Saturday night. When they gave me a table buzzer, I asked where would I collect my huge seafood basket, they said upstairs, so that's where I went to sit while waiting. Variety of newspapers to while away the waiting time. View all feedback.

Here a few quick coffees and they were really great! the young girl was happy that we sat down with the training. she was beautiful too! We're coming back!
We were looking for a late lunch just before 2pm on a Sunday. The original place we wanted to go to had already shut their kitchen early : So we came here instead and ordered the chicken burgers. They were alright but we were quite...hungry, post hike. Any slight dryness was covered up by the sauce.
Absolutely beautiful breakfast on a Sunday morning. Shared a chicken eggs Benedict and couldn’t finish it. Delicious cakes and coffee too.
This place has the best coffee and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The cafe is clean and I definitely plan on returning. Thank you.
We visited this restaurant on a Monday night while staying in the town center. It was the only place open and had a happy hour on beer, which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, there was a loud local patron that made it difficult for us to enjoy our time there. Due to the lack of customers, only the front section of the restaurant was open, so we couldn't escape the noise. Surprisingly, the only other table was occupied by two people discussing local church matters, who didn't order any food or drink during the two hours we were there. We ordered a pizza with our beers, which was pretty good. Overall, the food and beer were good, the service was fine, but the other customers were not to our liking. If this is the best Stawell has to offer, we won't be returning anytime soon.
