It was really good. super good service and, of course, I can't go to Norman without buying their super sugar pie a pleasure) thanks to marie-ève and his colleagues for their singing tour for my birthday View all feedback.

Generally the service is bad (if there are people then they warn you that it may be that they have errors and not able to provide)... The food, if you are lucky, then it will be cooked!If you are lucky too you will receive your meal, as they do not provide, it may be that a part of your table finishes their meals before you receive your plate. The service was a little slow, but very friendly. Our server spoke a little English and we spoke a little French, so fun was had by all! The food seemed a little pricey for what we got. The parmesan squares were a little greasy with not much taste. The ribs, however, pleased my husband, who is a rib snob! The lasagna and salads were all good, and the poutine was just somewhat average, but again, good. An average dining experience, nothing wrong with that!
This restaurant is amazing! The fried chicken wrap is absolutely delicious and we make sure to order it every time we drive to Quebec. The service was exceptional during our visit.

Terrible experience. The service from beginning to end was appalling; the staff were extremely rude and neglected to greet us or take our order. After waiting in line for 25 minutes and inside for another 20 minutes without being served, we decided to leave the restaurant. When we questioned why others who arrived after us were being served first, we were met with hostility and unprofessionalism from the server. My companion was shocked by the behavior, as she had never witnessed such treatment in Canada. It is clear that the entire team is in need of basic customer service training. I wish I could give this restaurant a zero or negative rating. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated, and will not be returning to this establishment.
