Contribute FeedbackWhen my brother asked for a meal that could be served without gas (using a microwave), he was told it was not possible. However, they later served the same dish to another table. The next morning, we checked out early and were offered a cold breakfast to be delivered to the house, but it never arrived. When we went to reception, we couldn't find any staff for half an hour. I hope the hotel can improve, as it would be a shame to see it decline. I don't usually leave negative reviews and I'm not particularly picky, but this experience was disappointing. After writing my review, the hotel reached out to me with a full apology and offered a complimentary overnight stay for my parents. I appreciate the gesture and am glad they took the time to address our concerns. They explained that there was a serious communication issue with the kitchen and promised it would not happen again. I am grateful for their response and I am hopeful that our next stay will meet the expected standards.
