Cafe Ragazzi - Stockholm

I have had pasta twice in this basic bistro-type cafe. It is a nice, clean and casual place for a quick bite. OK for coffee and cake too. Cheap compared to surroundings.

Only went in for the ice cream and they had a range of flavours i had never seen before, so of course this meant they had to be tried so we ended up going back another time. Its a very busy little place but i can understand why, the ice cream flavours are extremely good. The staff could be a little more vigilant and need to be more consistent i.e on the first time we went we got told that tasting were not offered, on the second time we were allowed to taste.

I only had wine and gelato but I cannot stress how incredible the gelato was. It tasted fluffy and whipped. It was incredible. I got the Kinder flavor. We sat outside on a beautiful evening. The interior is adorable and the staff was extremely friendly. I can’t wait to go back today!

I just went to cafe Ragazzi now to have some food around 4pm today and the staff was extremely rude. So I have asked to speak to the manager and their names but none of them wanted to give it to me. I am shocked by the extreme lack of customer service I have experienced. It is really disappointing as the food was great but the cashier and one of the waitress were not. It destroyed my whole experience. I can give a description of the 2 girls attending me today. One had brown hair and big brown sunglasses with ponytail, and one was blond blue eyes with short hair. No apologies were given on spot and they were covering each other not wanted to give either of their names. I would like to have one of the manager to contact me back as the staff did not want to give me his/her email to be able to make a complaint. They were well covering each other, the brunette with glasses rolled her eyes in front of me and was really rude to me when she attended me at the cashier when I just asked to modify my order as I am allergic. Her tone of voice was aggressive she told me I should have said earlier. This happened less than an hour ago. The blond one, did not want to bring any manager from the team and refuses to share his email adress. She said manager are never in the restaurant I can look on Internet to look for contact details. I had no apologies from none of them. Only one waitress with long black hairs was kind I could feel in her eyes she felt sorry from what happened but could do anything because of her 2 colleagues. She witnessed the poor situation. To sum up Super disappointing, if they don't like to face customer requests and tchit chat bad about clients in front of them, they should not choose to work in customer service. I will never come back to this place and I will never recommend it to anybody.

Yesterday, two friends and I went to this restaurant for dinner. We were greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed delicious food! After our meal, we each bought two scoops of ice cream, which were massive. I highly recommend this place!
