What User doesn't like about Fässle:
Half the dishes were great, the other half not that good. The appetizers were absolutely wonderful. Main dish lacked taste. The dessert was basically everything with cherry without any interesting taste combinations. The small dishes between were yummy but the combination of tastes was rather forced. Schwäbisches Understatement meets fine dining. Das Fässle kommt zurückhaltend schwäbisch in der Aufmachung daher, und überrascht bzw überzeugt dann völlig mit dem feinen, französisch inspirierten Essen. Hier fühlt sich die Feinschmeckerin wohl, und das in angenehm ungezwungenem Ambiente. Im Sommer lohnt sich ein Besuch des schön im Hinterhof gelegenen Außenbereichs hier schlemmt es sich wunderbar. Die heimelige Stube im Inneren hat natürlich auch viel für sich. Klare Empfehlung!
