Went for a visit here recently with 11 other people having made no bookings and during a busy Monday night dinner service. There were surprisingly no tables readily available for us immediately so we were told to wait. It took about 30 minutes or so until our table were prepared and for a while we thought that we were given only false hope by the staff. What Leanne M doesn't like about Din Tai Fung:
I recently ordered the seafood dumpling and noodle soup through Uber Eats. While the seafood dumplings were delicious there were way too many noodles in the soup and the broth tasted like it was made from stock cubes and had no flavour. I loved the packaging and thought it was innovative. Not an enjoyable experience overall. I will never order from the restaurant again. View all feedback.
The employees are of course very busy, but as soon as I spoke to someone, everyone was very helpful in planning the surprise birthday cake. great service.
Try the salt and pepper peppers lobster and the seafoods that shake nut soup! every time I get to the city, I'm going to the place. my favorite asiat in whole sydney
The children loved the robots that supply the food to the table. the special rainbow bao was delicious and everyone left with a happy full-sized.
It was somewhat surprising for the restaurant to call last order at 8 pm. We could have stayed much longer if the kitchen remained opened. The food was great.
Consistent quality. Always enjoyable. Soup dumplings this time came out luke warm. Quick service for a 1 hour lunch break.
