The Easter sale was on when I was there. Quite a few brands of chocolates were available at 50% discount, while many others had a 20% off. It is a large departmental store, just around the corner from Hilton Hotel. Basement has a wide range of food - fruits, vegetables, breads and pre-packed meals plus cakes and pastries. A serious shopper can easily spend over an hour here. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Woolworths:
Just disgraceful quality food you have to ask for freshly cooked. The sausages are full of fat. It is best to pay more somewhere else for quality and good customer service.YUK View all feedback.
I haven't visited blacktown woolworths for more than 2 years because they let you feel like a criminal when you leave her load. Today, Monday 22 august at 18:58, I showed the female employee at the self-service desk my articles from another business. When I went out, she insisted on checking all the fancies of my backpack. I found this excessive and rude, as I have already shown to her my previously purchased items while entering the load. Although I haven't visited blacktown woolworths for a few years, I don't think I'll come back. I've been complaining about them before, but the behavior continues - they make you like a criminal. I don't know why she had to check all my backpack compartments when I had already shown her my previously purchased items. Besides, I have visited other woolworths in sydney, and they do not make them feel like a criminal and treat people a bit better. only blacktown woolworths insist on checking all their fan - this is wrong, as I have already shown her my purchased items when entering.
That was built in the 1940s. In 1967, two etagens were added and woolworths head office. it was a change shop, but now a super market
Today, I visited my local Woolworths supermarket with my young daughter to buy cigarettes. I have never had any issues with them before, but today I was accused by the woman who served us. My daughter, who is 11 years old, attempted to purchase cigarettes, thinking she was 15 and being playful. This behavior was completely inappropriate. While my daughter was innocently waiting, the woman asked for ID multiple times. When I informed her that my daughter was only 11, she suggested that we would have to come back another time. This was absurd. Just because my daughter appears older, does not mean she should be treated as such or targeted for such assumptions.
I slipped and fell at the Woolworths checkout three weeks ago, without any warning signs. I landed on the side of my face, breaking my hip and injuring my wrist. I had to spend five days in the hospital and am now in a wheelchair, unable to drive. Initially, Woolworths asked how they could help, but after sending in all my medical information and reports, they refused to assist with medical expenses or transportation. They even requested quotes for my medical care. I was promised help initially, but now they are not willing to cover any costs. Their customer support has been unhelpful and when I inquired about my expenses, I was told they do not cover medical expenses. I also requested CCTV footage of the incident, but Woolworths refused to release it. I am disappointed with the way they have treated me and regret choosing to shop at Woolworths. I would have preferred to shop at Coles instead. Can anyone offer advice on how to proceed in this situation?
On the busy evening of March 17th, I visited this restaurant for a quick meal before heading home after St. Patrick's Day celebrations. I quickly picked up some snacks and served myself, experiencing no problems during my visit.
